Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ideabazi Ventures LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use Viral Whisperer Pro (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, password hash, avatar, bio and LinkedIn profile URL.
• Content data — post drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded images and PDF carousels, and topics you research.
• Connected accounts — LinkedIn access tokens and profile identifiers you authorise, stored encrypted and used only to publish on your behalf.
• Billing data — subscription status and customer identifiers. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Usage data — log data, device/browser information and feature usage needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

• To provide the Service: generating drafts, scheduling and publishing posts, and reporting analytics.
• To process payments, trials and subscription entitlements.
• To send transactional email (verification, password reset, publishing failures, billing notices).
• To detect abuse, debug faults and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your post content to train our own models.

AI processing

Prompts and drafts you submit are sent to our AI provider solely to return a result to you. Providers process this data as our subprocessor under contractual confidentiality terms.

Subprocessors

• Lovable Cloud — database, authentication, file storage and serverless functions.
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Google Gemini (via the Lovable AI Gateway) — AI generation.
• LinkedIn — publishing to accounts you connect.
• Resend / Lovable Email — transactional email delivery.

Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA/UK under GDPR and California under the CCPA) you may request access, correction, deletion, export or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Email support@ideabazi.com to exercise these rights.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is limited to authorised personnel, database access is enforced with row-level security, and media buckets are private with time-limited signed URLs.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post any updates on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email before they take effect.
