Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want the trial to answer the question before you pay. If something still goes wrong, this is exactly how we handle it.

Free trial

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. We email you before the first charge.

Cancellation

• Cancel any time from Settings → Billing (Stripe customer portal).
• Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Scheduled posts still publish until your access ends.

Refunds

• 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month — email us and we refund in full, no questions asked.
• Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
• Extended outages that prevented you from using the Service are refunded pro rata.
• Renewals after the first paid month are generally non-refundable, but we review each request in good faith.

How to request

Email support@ideabazi.com from your account email with the charge date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Account deletion

Deleting your account removes your content and personal data within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and does not itself trigger a refund.
