Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Ideabazi Ventures LLC governing your use of Viral Whisperer Pro (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and assistant/API keys secret.

2. Subscriptions, trials and billing

• The Service is paid. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial unless stated otherwise.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the plan price and then renews automatically each billing period.
• Prices are in USD and exclusive of taxes where applicable. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, harassment, hate speech, deceptive claims or unlawful content.
• Impersonate a person or organisation, or misuse someone else's LinkedIn account.
• Violate LinkedIn's User Agreement or automate behaviour LinkedIn prohibits.
• Reverse engineer, resell or overload the Service, or bypass rate/entitlement limits.

We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create, upload or publish. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it purely to run the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for what you publish.

5. AI output

Drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or resemble other text. You must review output before publishing. We make no guarantee of reach, engagement, followers or revenue.

6. Third-party platforms

Viral Whisperer Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. Platform APIs may change or restrict access at any time, which can affect publishing features.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideabazi Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
